Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All items ship in gift-ready packaging with protective materials designed for fragile handcraft.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Are your products safe for everyday use?
Absolutely. Our titanium products are made from 99.85% pure titanium — the same biocompatible material used in medical implants. Our iron cookware uses zero coatings or chemicals. All materials are food-safe and designed for daily use.
How do I care for my iron cookware?
Hand wash with hot water and a stiff brush after each use. Dry immediately on the stove over low heat. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storing. View full care guide.
Can I use my iron pan on an induction stove?
Yes. Our iron cookware is compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric, induction, and open flame.
Is the titanium kettle double-walled?
Yes. Our Heritage Thermos features double-wall vacuum insulation to keep beverages hot for hours while the exterior stays cool to the touch.
Will my chopsticks tarnish?
Sterling silver tips may develop a natural patina over time. This is normal and part of the material's character. CHANGDAHE offers a renewal service to restore silver tips to their original luster.

What does your warranty cover?

How do I request a repair?
