We stand behind every piece we sell. Our warranty and repair program is designed to ensure your Crafted Ware craft lasts for generations.
10-Year Warranty
All metal products (titanium, iron, brass) are covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wood handles carry a 1-year warranty.
Lifetime Repair
"Lifetime" here means the functional life of the product under normal household use — not the lifetime of the buyer or the company. As long as a workshop we partner with continues to operate and the piece is still repairable, we will repair it.
Beyond the warranty period, we offer lifetime repair service on all products:
- Iron cookware: Free re-seasoning, dent repair, surface restoration
- Titanium drinkware: Insulation assessment, surface refinishing
- Brass lampshade: Patina restoration, structural repair
- Lacquer chopsticks: Silver tip renewal service by CHANGDAHE
How it works
- Contact us — Email support@craftedware.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will send a case number within 24 hours.
- Assessment — We review with the originating workshop and confirm a repair plan within 3 business days.
- Ship to us — We provide a return address. Buyer covers shipping to the workshop. We cover return shipping.
- Repair — Typical turnaround: 14-28 days for iron cookware, 14 days for titanium, 21-45 days for lacquer and inlay work.
- Escalation — If your case is not resolved within 6 weeks, email support@craftedware.com with your case number and we will intervene directly.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and patina (these are features of handcraft, not defects)
- Damage from misuse (dishwasher use on lacquer, dropping on hard surfaces)
- Engraved or personalized items (cosmetic changes only)
