Processing time: 7–10 business days. Each piece is carefully inspected, wrapped, and packaged by hand before shipping. Handcraft takes time — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery of your craft.
Packaging: All items ship in gift-ready packaging with protective materials designed for fragile handcraft.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all unused items in original packaging, starting from the date of delivery.
How to return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll confirm the return and provide shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Return shipping cost
- Quality issues or defects: We cover return shipping — no cost to you.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Non-returnable items
- Engraved or personalized items
- Items that have been used (seasoned pans, used chopsticks, etc.)
- Items not in original packaging
